She started off with her first individual venture in Bollywood with the film Tamasha. Then she came into the public attention with the movie Lamhe where she designed cloths for Sridevi. The simple yet elegant look won her a national award, along with appreciation and great accolades.In her  career she has worked with the top directors.actresses and models  of the industry. She deigned for blockbuster movies like Chandni, Jeans, Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja, Taal, Kisna, Darr,  Khuda Gawah, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Devdas, Jodha Akbar.She has  also designed for a number of television shows.
